What data do we collect?

DEONET collects the following data:

Why do we collect your data?

  • Data processing for the fulfillment of the contract:
We process the collected data in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. This also includes the associated customer service.

If necessary, personal data will be transmitted within the DEONET companies and to the companies involved in the execution of this contract, for example, banks for payment processing, suppliers, delivery services, etc.

We store the data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract as a customer account and this can be deleted at any time if requested. The data will not be deleted if, after termination of the contract, there are accounts pending collection and these collections must be processed. If there are legal retention periods, the data in question will be archived during these periods.

  • Data processing for the protection of legitimate interests:
The processing takes place within a client relationship, when it processes personal data for direct marketing purposes.
